When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, industry, email, and optionally your phone number, website and message. When you become a client we also hold the business information needed to deliver our services and bill you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit.
• To deliver, support and invoice our services if you become a client.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our website host, email and customer management systems. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing ascotdigital@gmail.com or using the form on our free audit page.
